You either use a price per person or a price per group depending on your needs. Based on these 2 price systems, your payout after commission will be automatically calculated.

Go to Products > Manage products > Click the price > Edit details.

You will find two sections

1. the first section and this is a regular price for the service/activity

2. The second section is the final selling price deducted from the basic price, showing the percentage of discount on services and activities

In the Types of person section, here you can write the number of the number, children, and infants for the minimum and maximum, with a price for each category

Price per person is the type of price system for individual participants. You can use this for public activities.

And in the additional price section, you can add additional options with prices for customers that they may need from you for an Extra price. Example "transfers"

In the discount section on a number of people, you can add a number from - to, and the value of the discount if it is a percentage or a fixed amount, and this encourages individuals to book group

And in the service fees section, you can add service fees such as cleaning fees, taxes, etc.

And remember, the serves fee is not calculated from the value of the agreed commission, and you will get it in full

Once in the pricing section:

Under Name create a name for your price system. If it is for a specific season or language option, give it a name that relates to this.

Under Minimum participants per booking, input the minimum number of people required for your product to run. The maximum will be applied to each day of your availability in the agenda.

Under Retail Price enter the net price you would like to sell at. The jukadi.com commission is included in this price.

The commission rate will be deducted from any successful bookings. Payout per person is calculated by deducting the commission from the retail rate per person.

Note: If you set the minimum number of participants to “1”, solo customers will be able to book your product. If you aren’t able to run the product with just 1 person, set the minimum number of participants required to run your product overall. This will help prevent you from having to cancel the product if the minimum number of participants isn’t reached.

Pricing Tiers

Setting up price tiers is optional. Price tiers are scaled prices that allow you to have different prices per person depending on the number of people the customer books. The tiers you enter will be the same for each age group.

For e.g. if you would like to offer a cheaper price for customers who book groups with bigger numbers you could set up a price tier.

The below-tiered pricing setup means that if a customer books for 8 people they would need to pay 9$  per person. They would pay 72$ altogether.

Price per Person with Age Groups

If you offer different prices based on the age of your customer you can add different age groups.

Under Price per person go to Add age group > Select the age group you need.

From the drop-down select the age range for each age group.

Under Retail Price change the price to your desired price for that age group.

Under Booking, the category checks the box for your desired price. For explanations on the different booking, categories hover your computer mouse over the information symbol. Go to Save.

Note: the system requires you to create groups that cover the full age range from 0 - 99. Select "Not Permitted" for an age group that you want to prevent bookings for.

Price per Group

Price per group means that customers pay one price for the whole group. This price system works well for private activities such as private vehicle transfers.

Once on the pricing section:

Under Name create a name for your price system. If it is for a specific season or language option, give it a name that relates to this.

Maximum groups per time slot: This is the maximum number of groups that you offer at the same time. For e.g., this could reflect the number of tour guides that you have available or the number of vehicles you can provide.

Under Retail Price, enter the net price you would like to sell at/ the customer can purchase at. The jukadi.com commission is included in this price.

The commission rate will be deducted from any successful bookings. Payout per group is calculated by deducting the commission from the retail rate per group.
