After submitting your product, it will automatically be sent to the Content Editing Team. Make sure that you review the information you have provided before submission to check everything is correct.

 

Your product will be checked against jukadi.com  policies as well as checked for overall quality. This process is to ensure that your product is optimized to make it more appealing to potential customers.


After examining your product, if your product has successfully passed the quality test without reservations, it will be accepted directly by the Quality and Inspection Department, and if it fails, you will receive an email notification informing you of the failure of approval and what requirements you need to accept

Quality Check Passed


If your product passes the quality check it will be approved and put online.


Quality Check Failed


These are the reasons your product may have failed:


  • Activity description does not provide enough information on the Activity/Service And itinerary if your product supports it

  • Activity in a language other than English 

  • Activities with multiple options that should rather be made into a whole new activity

  • Activity should be an option of another tour

  • Activity should have multiple options

  • Duplicate Activity/Service 

  • Options do not match activity description

  • Cancellation policy not in line with GYG

  • Meeting point too vague

  • Photos contain watermarks or branding

  • Fewer than 4 photos have been uploaded

  • Photo quality too low


If there is something that needs to be changed, you will receive an email detailing which parts need to be revised.
