Customers who book a service/activity with jukadi.com will receive a voucher as proof of booking. The voucher includes all the information that customers need to know to enjoy their serves/activities.
The details on the customer voucher will change depending on how your product is set up.
Before starting the services/activities, customers will show you the PDF voucher or mobile voucher by sending it to them via their email
Note: In some cases, in order to participate in an activity, customers have to redeem a jukadi.com voucher for a ticket. If they need to redeem the jukadi.com voucher for the ticket, you as the supplier will have to do so on your part by making a paid ticket for them

The voucher´s information will change depending on how the product is set up. The PDF voucher could be 2 pages, depending on the amount of information displayed.
Note: As a supplier, you should indicate the meeting point on your product page and this is exactly where customers should come to", but this will not be written in the invoice, you must follow up with customers through our chat system, customer email, or the phone
