Updating your cut-off time
Downtime is the minimum length of time before your product starts when customers can still book. For example, if your tour starts at 11:00 AM, and its last appointment is set at 3 hours, it will be possible to book until 8:00 AM on the same day. By entering the service/product modification page in The minimum pre-booking and the removal of any value so that the customer can book directly before carrying out the service/activity
The maximum downtime you can specify is 1 day, however, having as short a downtime as possible will ensure that you don't miss out on any potential customers. The minimum that you can set is 0 days or leave the field blank and you can directly before the start of the tour modify it as it was, for example, at least 1 day
The cut-off time can be edited on a product level or on a time slot level.
Updating your cut-off time on the product level
1. Go to Products > Manage Products service/activity > select the product you wish to update.
2. Click Edit Option.
3. Under “Activity setup” in the menu, click "Option setup".
4. Scroll down to “How far in advance do you stop accepting new bookings before the service/activity starts”, select the cut-off time needed Minimum advance reservations > Save.
5. Repeat for each option
