Finding reviews


Go to the Comments tab. down every service.

Here you can see all your reviews. You can click on any of them to expand them and see what your customer has written.


Customer reviews affect how the algorithm ranks your product in search. You can use reviews to find out what customers like about your product and what you could improve. Potential customers read reviews to help them decide whether or not to book your activity.


How Customers Write Reviews


Customers receive a notification email to review the activity they took part in. We also send two reminders so you don’t have to worry and you don’t need to contact the customer, You can also inform the customer after the end of the reservation, encouraging him to write a fair and accurate review on the platform jukadi.com of the level of service, and this, of course, raises your evaluation of the search with other customers  


Customers can leave a star rating together with a comment or they can decide not to provide any comment but just the rating. 


In addition, customers can also decide to rate the following categories:


Service Quality; Organization; Value for money; Safety.


These will be displayed under your activity page as per the following example: 


Review Guidelines

All content provided in this review system is the exclusive content of jukadi.com. 


Reviews will be accepted from our side in the following cases: 


when the customer has taken part in the tour and the review evaluates the experience (negative or positive)


when the customer mentions only the conditions of the activity (ex. bad weather, crowded, many stairs etc.)


when the review does not contain any text, just the star rating 


the customer is mentioning jukadi.com (without evaluating it) but assesses the activity at the same time.


Unfavorable reviews cannot be removed since they reflect our mutual customers’ experiences and provide future potential customers with a lot of clarity. 


The only exception will be made if the comment gives no relevant information (this will be decided by our team responsible), or the customer is only complaining about jukadi.com and not about the activity at all.


jukadi.com reserves the right to remove a review for the following reasons:


  • The review contains profanity, racism, religious racism, etc.

  • The review refers to a scenario that may result in a legal action

  • The review contains advertisements, spam, or links to other websites

  • The review is only about the jukadi.com booking process or service

  • The customer did not attend the activity

  • the review is for a different activity or booking

  • the customer contacts jukadi.com and requests, in writing, to remove the review

  • the customer made a mistake (for example, the text is positive but the star rating is negative)

  • jukadi.com has provided incorrect information about the tour/activity/service


Replying to reviews


At jukadi.com we believe that the first-hand experience of our mutual customers is the best way to provide valuable feedback for our mutual business, this is why it is not possible to reply to reviews.


Whenever we receive a new review, you will receive an automatic notification indicating the product for which the review was made.
