There are several reasons why your payment may not be received:


1. The threshold has not yet been reached.


2. The reservation has not yet been made.


Only successful bookings are paid with the completed mark.


3. You did not enter any bank details / The bank details you entered are invalid.


4. Violate jukadi.com policy and apply your penalties


In order for your payment to be issued successfully, you must have valid payment details listed in the system.


To update your payment details:

Go to Account > payouts

Go to setup accounts tab > Enter your bank account details

Click Save next to the details you wish to change.

And if your account has the minimum amount to request payments collected from customers, you can send a request to send payments to your bank account and we will inform you of the details of the process through the system in your account and e-mail
